Terms and Conditions for Online Orders

1. Ordering & Payment
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is taken at the time of ordering using secure checkout systems. Prices include VAT (where applicable).

2. Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within [insert timeframe, e.g. 1–3 working days]. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.

3. Cancelling Your Order
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To cancel, please email us at info@velodomestique.co.uk with your order number.

  • If your order hasn’t yet been processed, we’ll issue a full refund.

  • If your order has already been processed but not dispatched, a small admin fee (usually around 2%) may be deducted from your refund to cover non-recoverable processing costs.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to return the items at your own cost.

Important:
Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition, with no signs of use, wear, or damage, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are not returned in this condition.

Please note:

  • We do not refund any delivery charges, including standard delivery.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or confirmation of cancellation (whichever comes first). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • We do not reimburse delivery charges under any circumstances.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect delivery details or refusal to accept delivery, we may deduct outbound shipping and a reasonable admin fee from your refund.

  • Where applicable, a small admin fee (up to 2%) may be deducted to reflect non-recoverable processing costs.

5. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where necessary.
